Rollover/Gantry Vehicle Wash Systems

To manage today's challenging truck configurations the Westmatic state-of-the-art Viking rollover/gantry large vehicle wash systems is ideal for public or private fleets. They efficiently wash a wide range of vehicle types and sizes including motorhomes, RVs, trailers, buses, vans, delivery trucks and more.

The versatile 3-Brush rollover features two vertical brushes and one top brush. The top brush washes roofs, windshields and can double wash the fronts and rears of RVs, trucks, and trailers.

Equipped with the latest PLC technology, Westmatic's wash systems incorporate advanced programming and control. All aspects of the system are constantly monitored and adjusted, ensuring safe and consistent results.

 

The driver is directed by traffic signals to pull in up to the gantry and park. The machine begins the selected wash cycle and moves down the vehicle on a floor-mounted track. Wash cycle times range from 5-10 minutes per truck depending on selected wash cycle options.
